Trying to quit my TV addiction, I resort to it to forget about problems or when I feel overwhelmed with all the things I have not done, so as not to interact with those who live in my house, when my mind gets tired of so much content and there is nothing to do

Thank for your comment and for your honesty.

First off, you've done the hardest and most important thing by opening up about your problems.

Secondly, by doing so the problem probably seems a lot smaller.

Limit your TV usage as best as you can this weekend then evaluate how you did on Monday. Try to beat it in the week.

Find a positive habit where you spend your time away from the TV.

You've got this.
