Just awoke from a bad day -Duvet Day- it’s been a while & everything has been great here thanks to Great people like yourself
But Today I could not face the world
I did not hit the Whiskey or Cocaine but I also did not hit my Now lovely garden/gym or DIY I just Lay hidden
Tomorrow is work , I’ll be better and good to go I hate the weekends life can go to Rat shit! But hey at least I’m 18 weeks clean now)
