Hey Crew,
Welcome back!
Your victim mentality is slowly destroying you… don’t feel attacked by this. It’s true.
Sadly, there are some of you reading this who are currently stuck in a victim mindset.
I've been there.
On too many occasions I blamed circumstances for my shortcomings. I blamed other people for my failures. I blamed genetics for my addictions.
Many alcoholics believe they're victims of the world because they feel deep shame for their drinking.
However, the truth is, I was to blame.
I had it all wrong. My mind was looking for faults where there weren't any, when I should have been questioning the guy in the mirror.
Sometimes you need to give yourself a good talking to and stop the self pity party.
Victim mentality is mental incarceration.
You're stopping productive thoughts and positive progress from happening in your life if you continue down this path.
Start doing hard things that require resilience, something that probably you haven't built up yet, because you've always self sabotaged, or succumbed to a victim mentality.
By doing these hard things, you'll slowly start to build up an inner strength & toughness.
Something that have been beaten out of a lot of people as the world suffers.

Trauma
There's so much trauma being suffered by people nowadays. It seems like the world has progressed to the point where trauma is excepted, even expected.
It's almost like a screwed up right of passage.
The media is turning us into sponges for trauma. However, it doesn’t have to be this way.
Viruses, fear, propaganda and lockdowns have caused a new kind of trauma.
People have been stuck at home watching the propaganda box. They've been unable to work, some have even lost their jobs. Some have been unable to visit loved ones, and some have even been unable to attend funerals.
Victim mentality is deadlier than any virus
Although some of the trauma suffered recently has been substantial, people have really latched onto it and used it fuel their victimhood.
The injustices we now see people virtue signaling about appear to be suffered by those stuck in victim mode.
Victim mentality is a societal disease, and it shows.
Those who revel in their own self-pity, self destruction and victim mentality, cannot wait to torture themselves with it.
Sometimes the victim mentality runs deep into people's core and starts to become them.
Conclusion
Remain calm in these hard times whilst others around you crumble, and wallow in their own victim mentality.
Remain strong, have confidence in your mental toughness, and always believe in yourself.
Having a victim mentality is a huge waste of your energy and potential.
Avoid it at all costs.
Having a victim mentality will hold you back, strip you of all self respect and limit your growth, plus it’ll destroy your mental health.
Having a victim mentality will slowly unravel your sanity until you're clinging to a darkened reality, one which you've created in your own unhealthy mind.
There's always a solution to your problems, you just might need to hunt further inside you to find it.
Stop wallowing and start solving.
Let go of the notion that you're a victim and seize the opportunity to change your world view.
Stop self sabotaging.
Adopting a victim mentality is due to a lack of self respect and is a direct result of guilt and shame.
Self pity and resentments will add up, and eventually they’ll take there toll.
Believing that your life and the people in it are out to get you is feeding your victim mentality mindset.
This mindset will manifest into resentments and will eventually lead you to anger, isolation and loneliness.
Rid yourself of this negativity and practice some gratitude.
Rid yourself of your victim mentality. It’s holding you back.
If you're stuck in victim mentality, you may just need a little dose of reality of where your life is heading if you don't change your mindset.
If you don't leave your self pity party then you're going to be there for a long time, with the same self destructive thoughts reverberating around your head.
It doesn't need to be like this. You have the choice to free yourself. To conquer your life again, and to start owning your shit.
This no nonsense book will kick the victim mindset out of you and replace it with some self respect.
You need this book in your life.
Take care,
Roscoe
