Dear reader,
The guy’s a legend.
I know he reads these emails so hopefully, I’ve made him blush a little!
I smashed a leg workout today and feel fucking great… I might not feel like that tomorrow but for now, I’m loving life.
You see that’s the beauty of working out, and something I’ve stupidly neglected for too long.
I love the feeling after a strong workout. I love the discipline involved with dieting and making sure you get your workout in.
It’s something that I regret not returning to sooner or even, failing to continue in the first place.
The thing is though, these things happen for a reason.
I was meant to find this guy’s course when I did because I’m at a period in my life when I need it the most and where I have the ability to spread the word to you.
I’m at a stage in my life where writing is something I want to do more of, with the goal of writing and publishing my own books, and that requires hours spent behind the computer - which as I’ve alluded to already, has been my undoing in recent years.
So, to have found an exercise program at this point in my life that not only covers my fitness, but also my mind and spirit, is almost a divine intervention.
I was heading down a path to self-destruction before I met this guy and many others were too.
His program has literally transformed HUNDREDS of peoples lives.
Of course, I’m talking about Jack and his course the 90 Day Warrior Monk Program:
I’m already seeing results. I feel more energetic. I feel more disciplined and I feel a little less fat!
And I’ve only just begun.
It’s time to join me and many others who are making the transformation from a lazy fat human to a Warrior Monk.
