Dear reader,
So the journey begins…
And as promised, in this journal entry I will reveal the extent of the damage I’ve caused myself through a lack of exercise, a bad diet and wasting my natural energy.
Firstly though, I realise I’ve upped the frequency of these emails to you and it has not been to everyone’s liking, so if you’re reading this:
Thank you for sticking with me.
I’m not going to stop. I want you to improve your life.
And I want to improve my own.
As always, I’ll be open and honest with you. I need to be real with you about my experiences of the two 90-day challenges because I want you to know that you’re not alone.
You may be on the fence about taking these challenges because you’re scared of looking in the mirror and confronting your own weight issues/lack of fitness/bad habits.
You needn’t be scared as I’m in the same boat.
You may be on the fence about taking these challenges because you’re scared of confronting your issues with porn or spilling your life force for no reason.
You needn’t be scared as I’m in the same boat.
You may be on the fence about taking these challenges because you’re scared of leaving the comfort of your current lifestyle.
You needn’t be scared as I’m in the same boat.
What I’m saying is: YOU’RE NOT ALONE.
The only difference is, I’m taking ACTION.
The moment of truth
Now before we start, full disclosure: At the time of writing this, I don’t have any scales to measure my weight but I will buy some this week. Also, for clarity, I’m about 5’8” tall.
However, I have measured myself and will now reveal what we’re dealing with.
I’ve taken measurements of the chest, waist, hips, quads, calves and biceps.
You should do the same.
Day 1 measurements:
Chest - 105 cm
Waist - 102 cm
Hips - 108 cm
Quads - 60 cm
Calves - 39 cm
Biceps - 33 cm
I will update this every four weeks so you can track my progress.

Believe me, this was scary for me to do.
But I want to prove to you that I mean what I say.
I’m taking these two journeys seriously because I want to improve my life. And if that means being a little embarrassed then so be it.
