I’ve been feeling pumped this week.
I’ve set goals and hit them. I’ve exercised and eaten well. I’ve had great conversations and made some difficult but necessary decisions. I’ve bonded more with my son and I’ve begun to repair broken relationships.
I was looking on track to have a floorless week of maximum productivity, amazing workouts and a positive, high energy attitude…
